The Villages at Nahor was the first site that I developed entirely on my own for a Top Seller Client of Homes.com. While working on Lake Monticello Homes (It is a template and I did not design or develop it), Mr. Morace inquired about having domains redirected to his site. Mr. Morace is a realtor and had purchased a plethora of keyword rich domain names focused on new developments & neighborhoods in his area. Realizing the potential at hand, I persuaded Mr. Morace into altering his SEO and findability strategy, by increasing his presence online while narrowing the scope of each to a micro-market.

LAKE MONTICELLO was set to have three domains redirected to it, which does increase online presence, but in a limited fashion. The odds that someone is going to know the uri OR URL???? and type it directly into the BROWSER????BAR??? are slim to none in this case. So the only SEO strategy still being employed is banking that the same site will come up relatively high in the SERPS pages, not just once, but for three other searches as well. Simply not redirecting the three domains increased Mr. Morace's online presence by 400%; the finite focal points of each site spread Mr. Morace's findability / searchability on the web 400%. Specifically, Mr. Morace branded the sites universally, while differentiating each with a specific, direct and finite scope.
